  1. Payment Policies and Scheduling

Atlanta Public Speaking does offer payment plans on certain products or services. In the event that you elect to go on a payment plan with Atlanta Public Speaking, you agree to the following terms. The specified payment at the time of enrollment is due in 21 day increments, with the first payment due on the day of enrollment, and any subsequent payments due in 21 day increments. Atlanta Public Speaking reserves the right to pursue the entire outstanding balance for the full cost of the program you’ve purchased and any and all collection costs incurred by Atlanta Public Speaking in the event of non payment. In the event that we have to miss a class, we will post in the mastermind group chat ahead of time. We will add an extra week of training to make up for any class we had to miss.

  1. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Atlanta Public Speaking, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.  Atlanta Public Speaking, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

  1. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Atlanta Public Speaking from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
